CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All airfares are non-refundable. Cancellations requests must be provided to the tour organiser (Tania Wursig) and/or TMA in writing. Cancellations requests must be provided by the person who made the original booking. Cancellations are not effective until TMA receives written notice.
Cancellations are subject to fees. Cancellation on 45 days or more prior to departure will result in forfeit of deposit, plus any paid airfares. Cancellation on 15–44 days prior to departure will result in forfeit of deposit paid, plus any paid airfares, or a cost of 25% of the total cost, whichever is the greater amount. Cancellation on 14 days or less prior to departure will result in a cost of 100% of the total cost. Cancellations will also be subject to cancellation fees levied by each operator according to their respective Booking Terms and Conditions. Cancellation of any confirmed services within an existing booking will incur cancellation fees as
listed.
*It is your responsibility to request from TMA the details of terms and conditions, and to ensure that you have understood their contents. Payment of your deposit constitutes your acceptance of those terms and conditions and your acknowledgement that you will be bound by their cancellation fees.
No refund will be provided for cancellation after the travel has commenced or in respect of any tours, transfers, accommodation, meals, activities and excursions or any other services or travel not utilized.
